Refund policy

If you paid through Cash on Delivery, our support team will contact you to collect your preferred refund method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong or damaged product.

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, you can place an exchange request within 7 days after delivery. Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose another product or request a refund.
